MELE Associates Headquarters Employees Provide Support to Local Families in Montgomery County

This holiday season MELE Associates, Inc. was pleased to provide local support in Montgomery County by participating in the 2020 Christmas Drive of the Montgomery County Welfare Services Agency and the Tree House Child Advocacy Center.  Employees in MELE’s Rockville, MD headquarters office generously gave Target and Amazon gift cards to help bring big smiles to many children’s faces and warmth to the hearts of the community’s less fortunate children.  Together, employees raised more than $2,000 in gift cards. Thanks to all who participated in the 2020 Christmas Drive, and we are truly grateful for the important work of Child Welfare Services and the Tree House Child Advocacy Center.

About the Tree House Child Advocacy Center

The Tree House CAC of Montgomery County Maryland is dedicated to reducing trauma and promoting healing for child and adolescent victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect. Through an innovative collaborative process between the private and public sectors, key professionals come together on behalf of the best interests of victims. This effective early intervention is essential to ensure that an abused child or adolescent develops into a healthy and productive adult, capable of forming trusting and loving relationships. Underpinning the work of The Tree House is the belief that the cycle of child abuse can be broken and the knowledge that child abuse and neglect is preventable!
