MELE Wins Technical Security Program Recompete Contract

Rockville, Maryland, August 26th, 2025—MELE Associates, Inc. (MELE), a veteran and minority-owned government contractor with more than three decades of success serving U.S. federal, state, and local agencies, and international organizations, announced today that it was awarded the recompete of its Technical, Training, & Equipment Support contract for the Technical Security Program (TSP) in support of the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Defense Nuclear Security (NA-70).

“Our team and our NA-70 partners have worked side-by-side since 2019 to successfully augment and enhance the Technical Security Countermeasures (TSCM) and Intelligence programs, which are critical to the Nuclear Security Enterprise and U.S. and global security,” stated Greg Hansen, MELE’s Chief Operating Officer.

Beginning in 2019, MELE supported the implementation of an innovative, new TSCM and Intelligence Program across the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE), earning recognition for its success among key program stakeholders. Operating out of various locations, MELE deploys Technical Security Operations Analysts, TSCM Technicians, TEMPEST Assistants, Insider Threat Analysts, Cybersecurity Engineers, and other support personnel to assist its NA-70 customers.
