I make sure that my facility stays secure and accredited, and I oversee a roster of over 200 individuals.
What is the most satisfying part of your job?
The most satisfying part of my job is knowing that I am doing my part to protect national security.
You have more than a decade of experience working in the security field. How have the threats changed/evolved since you began your career?
As I reflect on my career, I often think of how my first SF-86 was on a floppy disk. Continuous Evaluation is also a change implemented.
What is the best meal you’ve ever enjoyed and where was it?
I love street food! I will have to say enjoying the food vendors at the night market particularly in Seoul.
What is your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is creating fun things with my Cricut machine, which is a computer-controlled cutting device used for crafting. I enjoy surprising family, friends and co-workers with things I randomly create.
