
Rockville, Maryland, November 5, 2025— MELE Associates, Inc. (MELE), a veteran and minority-owned government contractor with more than three decades of success serving U.S. federal, state, and local agencies, and international organizations, announced today that it is a subcontractor on the BCS Allegiant team that was awarded a federal contract for Technical, Analytical, and Management Support Services (TAMSS) to support the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER).
The contract was made under the MELE Contractor Team Lead (CTA) Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Services III (TEPS III) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which provides a framework for delivering comprehensive technical and analytical support services to enhance DOE’s cybersecurity and energy security operations.
