Rockville, Maryland, May 28th, 2025— MELE Associates, Inc. (MELE), a veteran and minority-owned government contractor with more than three decades of success serving U.S. federal, state, and local agencies and international organizations, announced today that it is an awardee under the OASIS+ (One Acquisition for Integrated Services Plus) Unrestricted (UR) IDIQ contract managed by the General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service.
The OASIS+ governmentwide contract program is designed to meet government agencies’ mission needs for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services and products. The program consists of six distinct IDIQ contracts. With this recent award, MELE now holds two of these IDIQ contracts—the company was awarded the OASIS+ Total Small Business (SB) in December of 2024.
The award under OASIS+ UR is for Technical and Engineering (T&E) services. This service domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians, required to manage specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government. Work under this Domain typically involves the application of physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems; and providing expert advice and assistance on technical functions and issues.
“This is another great opportunity for MELE and our partners to continue to support the GSA’s mission via the best-in-class OASIS+ contract vehicle,” shared MELE’s Chief Operating Officer Greg Hansen. “Congratulations to MELE Senior VP Carrie Phelps and her team on delivering this win to our organization.”
