JE-RDAP is a Multiple Award, enterprise-wide omnibus Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that enables a cadre of qualified contractors (IDIQ holders) to compete for future research, development, production, procurement, and fielding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense systems, equipment, and materiel task/delivery orders.

The total program ceiling is $8,276,161,000 across all IDIQ contract task/delivery orders issued during the ten-year contract period (November 1, 2017 – October 31, 2027).

The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense intends to utilize the JE-RDAP IDIQ contract to execute RDAP activities to provide the following services to the Warfighter:

• • CBRNE Defense Systems Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material
  • Medical Devices
  • Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems
  • CBRN Information Systems
