SeaPort-e Prime Contract Holder, MELE Associates – Veteran owned and steadily growing for twenty years with extensive experience in program management, technology integration, and managing large teams on multiple award contracts – MELE has supported the Navy Logistics Library (NLL) with technical expertise in planning, management, design, development, installation, implementation, training, documentation, and maintenance of the NLL web applications and associated interfaces with the Joint Computer-Aided Acquisition and Logistics Support (JCALS) System. MELE also provided inventory automation, helpdesk and website support to NAVSUP.

As a subcontractor to Logistics Support, Inc, the Naval Sea Systems Command at the Washington Naval Yard awarded a contract in support of the Naval Coastal Warfare for several places of performance throughout the country, to providing logistics support, program management support, supply and provisioning, training and more.
