Today MELE Associates, Inc. wishes the United States Air Force a Happy 75th Birthday! On September 18, 1947, W. Stuart Symington became the first secretary of the Air Force, which effectively transferred all air activities from the Army to the newly formed Department of the Air Force.
As part of the 75th anniversary of the creation of the Air Force, U.S. Airmen are called to “Innovate, Accelerate and Thrive” – this year’s anniversary theme.
