MELE Associates, Inc - VA - VISN - Synopsis

Veterans Affairs - Provide professional services and support to DoD/VA’s telemedicine program in Honolulu, Hawaii. MELE staff working on the project include engineers, web developers, database administrators, LAN/WAN administrators, clinical researchers, a clinical informaticist and business process engineers.

• Installed a complete digital and voice telephone system, known as a Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PBX) for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Albany, New York.
  
• Installed a complete digital and voice telephone system, known as a Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PBX) for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Bath, New York.
  
• Provided technical support and Program Management services.
  
• Provided acquisition services for the purchase of all PBX equipment.
  
• Provided training for these new Private Automatic Branch Exchanges.
