Senior Vice President, Engineering Services
Mr. McCarron has twenty years of experience in managing public and military facilities in the United States and overseas. During his tenure in the Navy, Mr. McCarron served as Director of Environmental Compliance at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and was a member of the U.S. Navy Base Structure Analysis Team. He also served as director of the Interagency Construction Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command responsible for Headquarters-level management of all non-Navy, including NATO, engineering design and construction programs, totaling more than $100 million annually.
His expertise includes facility and utility maintenance and operations; environmental compliance; logistics support; financial management; systems on secure websites; Computer-Aided Design and Geographic Information Systems.
As Vice President of Engineering Services, Mr. McCarron directs engineering-related programs and projects including management of resources, and personnel in the fields of engineering, environmental sciences, safety and occupational health, transportation, energy management, construction and construction management, facilities management and information resource management. He also directs training efforts in transportation of hazardous waste and emergency management for the U.S. Department of Energy and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and is a registered Professional Engineer.
