CAC Leavenworth - Hoplite: A GDS-MELE Team

The HOPLITE Team is a GDS-MELE JV led team with subcontractor partners shown below.  We have worked together in the past, and  leadership from one company is able to reach out to others frequently or when needed. 

GDS-MELE LLC JV – 8(a) SDB is a Joint Venture and Hoplite Team Prime Contractor with 36 years combined experience managing large teams on multiple award contracts.  Prior experience includes nearly 20 years of CONUS and OCONUS work for Army, Navy, and Air Force in support of training, telecommunications, engineering, program oversight, project management, and technical staff.
Barbaricum – VOSB has been serving the Combined Arms Center since 2008 (CGSC, LD&E, CAC, and Ft. Leavenworth).  It now serves the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Commander of U.S. Forces-Afghanistan.  Core competencies include strategic communication and alternative energy consulting. 
DataNet Systems – HUBZone has a strong 24-year record of providing information technology solutions for government, and commercial applications in software and systems engineering, mainframe and client-server based application development, web-enabled application development, IT infrastructure, and information security. 
FTECS – small business is a Kansas business, supporting NASA space exploration missions since 1997. Technical staff includes physicists, data analysts, and software developers providing data analysis, simulation development, software development, and training.  FTECS has in-house subject matter expertise (SME) in American military history, strategy, and tactics.
Kingfisher Systems – SDVOSB serves the CAC CGSC leadership.  Expertise is in counterintelligence, intelligence, law enforcement, and information technology focused on design, development, and delivery of Intelligence, and Homeland Security services.  Customers include the U.S. Army, CENTCOM, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, DIA, FBI, ATF, TSA, USAF OSI, Intelligence, and Homeland Security.
Thomas Wright Partners – WOSB is a strategic communications firm that works with Army and Joint leaders to develop communications and strategies that build consensus and affect change.  Services range from studies and analysis, including focus groups, to planning and development of outreach campaigns.  TWP developed the Strong Bonds campaign plan, OCPA plans, and internal/external support for campaign plans.
Deloitte Consulting works with clients to design and implement strategic solutions for their most challenging problems, helping them achieve higher performance levels while managing risk and meeting compliance and accountability requirements. Deloitte anchors the Hoplite Team with proven consulting skills and a deep bench of diverse experts available to support the team. Deloitte is recognized for its forward-looking insights on emerging issues and upholding their clients’ trust by setting the highest standard of excellence for service.
Whitney Bradley & Brown, Inc. has served the DoD in safeguarding the country for 29 years.  WBB is employee-owned and offers technical and management consulting services and products that optimize requirements, acquisition, and processes.  Expertise is in strategic planning, combat developments, enterprise architecture development, sustainment planning, and management.
Centra Technology provides analytic, technical, risk assessment, engineering, and management support, and employs a diverse staff of over 460 personnel with expertise in economics, engineering and technology, international culture and languages, national security and transnational issues, military affairs, homeland security, analytic methodology, open source analysis, and social sciences and humanities.
Courage Services supports the USACACFL Human Terrain System (HTS) program run by the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).  Courage is a diverse mix of recognized leaders in human terrain and cultural analysis, remote sensing and geospatial sciences, national security and policy affairs, humanitarian response, and economic development issues.
AEgis Technologies supported Ft. Leavenworth at the National Simulation Center for the PEO-STRI on the JLCCTC contract.  AEgis provides a range of products and services including Modeling & Simulation development, training, test support, engineering analysis, hardware design, and nanotechnology manufacturing for government and commercial customers.
