U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) – Information Technology Management

Overview: MELE Associates Program and Technology Management experts support the TSA Solutions Delivery Department providing:

• Program Management
• Security Management
• Technical Support on a variety of major IT initiatives that will occur between now and 2012.

As a sub to ECS (Electronic Consulting Services), MELE is working on a number of large, complex infrastructure transformation initiatives as a part of the TSA’s Information Technology Division Transition Office (ITDTO).

The ITDTO will be the single point for the coordination, management and successful completion of these critical projects.

• Financial Oversight
• Cross-organizational coordination
• Management Reporting
• Single POC for Program Issues
