MARYLAND CONTRACT VEHICLES - Constulting & Technical Services:
As a Maryland-based business, MELE Associates has been awarded a Consulting and Technical Services (CATS) master contract vehicle through the Maryland Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Office of Information Technology. DBM established CATS to facilitate the procurement of IT consulting and technical services for the State of Maryland in a timely and economical manner. CATS allows Maryland State entitites to issue Task Orders (TOs) specific to their needs in order to obtain IT resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Authorized Maryland buyers include State, County, Municipal, and other non-State governments or agencies.
