 Multiple Award Contracts (MAC), Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicles extend access to MELE services:

 Functional Areas. Only six (6) awards were made against solicitation W911S0-09-R-0031. Award W911S0-11-D-0014 was made to GDS-MELE, JV, 1001 Rockville Pike Ste 1304, Rockville, MD. GDS-MELE, JV is the Prime Contractor for a team of ten companies called HOPLITE. The HOPLITE team includes a variety of 6 small businesses and 4 large businesses. The Hoplite Team is driven by a senior management core of former military and government professionals dedicated to aiding the U.S. Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth (USACACFL) in preparing the Army for conflicts around the world and transforming it to meet future threats; and in developing the Army’s Soldier and civilian leaders.
MAX3 is a 10-company team led by MELE Associates. As a pre-qualified BPA holder, MAX3 teammates have delivered results for DOE / NNSA and have performed successfully and thereby won the majority of task orders issued to date. GSA Schedules - A Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), also known as a Federal Supply Schedule or GSA Schedule, is a powerful contracting tool. Each Schedule consists of contracts that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has negotiated with qualified companies. Schedule contracts are awarded to companies supplying the same types of items at varying prices.
MELE Associates holds four GSA Schedules:
The following entities are authorized to use GSA Schedules:
- All federal agencies and activities in the executive, legislative and judicial branches
- Mixed ownership government corporations (as defined in the Government Corporation Control Act)
- The government of the District of Columbia
- Government contractors authorized in writing by a federal agency pursuant to 48 CFR 51.1Other activities and organizations authorized by statute or regulation to use GSA as a source of supply

Maryland Contract Vehicles - Consulting & Technical Services (CATS): A master contract vehicle through the Maryland Department of Budget and Management, Office of Information Technology to procure IT consulting and technical services for the state. CATS allows authorized Maryland buyers (State, County, Municipal, and other non-State governments or agencies) to issue task orders for IT resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.
