MELE Associates has teamed up with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) to provide Information Technology support services for the Tenant Eligibility Assessment Subsystem (TASS) for the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The MELE Team performs maintenance activities on the subsystem as well as development activities as directed by REAC. The Tenant Eligibility Assessment Subsystem provides the capability to conduct large-scale Computer Matching Income Verification (CMIV) to identify differences between tenant income data supplied by government agencies and Public Housing Authorities, owner, or management agent (collectively referred to as POAs) reported tenant income as stored in HUD’s Public and Indian Housing Information Center, and Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System. TASS also conducts field reviews at selected POA sites to measure errors in billing subsidy payments.
